What's your ideal 40-hour workweek?

Man I wish I could do four 10-hour days. I'm at around a 9-hour day right now for 5 days / week.

I work five 8hr days. It's mentally exhausting work so I don't think I would be prepared to do longer days just to get an extra day off.
