Mine's only 12,000. I have the fully upgraded first floor, and first level upstairs and first level basement. They call my house snappy studio "all-in one." I have a lot of robot furniture, and some parts of the modern series. The upstairs has a lot of kitchen furniture and floor/wallpaper, but they never mention anything about it in the review.

Before I restarted my first town I had maybe almost 30,000, since I know I had over 20,000 but I never received a prize for reaching a score for 30,000. I had a small room upstairs and that was it, so my main room was the main reason my score was that high.

I have a score of 72,606 points. Really jumped up when I got my Regal set completed. I wish the score wasn't weighted so heavily based on completing sets and adding in seasonal items that you have to had already experienced an event/holiday to obtain. But I guess getting a decent HHA score isn't everything, I like how my house looks right now and that's all that really matters! ^_^

I'm at 37k and change. I'm taking my time and getting the pieces I want instead of putting things in for the score. I'll eventually get it up there.
