I find Peanut's "slacker" to be sweet, but also discomforting. Something about her sort of calling you a slacker is a good attempt to be nice but gone wrong, lol.

I also like Fang's "cha-chomp." I think it fits him well.

i don’t remember many catchphrases but zucker’s “bloop” is adorable - simple but cute and matches him well. i also find it interesting that him and bertha have the same catchphrase aha - i had them both on my island at one point so there was a lot of “bloop” to go around

sulky is iconic and so cute to say. for my other villagers, i've given them catchphrases (that fits them) for YEARS that i started to think it was their original but it wasn't lol. i gave static "zap" but i keep forgetting it was originally "krzzt"

also i love mrmpht & pthhpth, it's so silly that it fits them.

I also have Aurora and I did like the “b-b-baby” however my bf and I made the decision to change her catchphrase to “b-b-bruh”

I've always liked Quillson's "ridukulous". I use it fairly often myself now. Hah!

I also think that Shep's "baaa" is pretty funny. Since it's an onomatopoeia, he sounds like a sheep when he says it. (I've come to the conclusion that AC speech (in the US) is just sped up clipped English. If you listen closely enough, you can make out many words. The "baaa" is quite obvious, though.)
