Overall creativity to making a town what one will; this includes relationships with villagers. It's a time-consuming game, and that is the negative, but it's a thrill. It comes back to being creative. Where to build your house; where to plant trees; where to build Public Works Projects (especially ones which cannot be eliminated, such as The Roost Cafe).
