What's your favorite Public Works Project?

Every hour they do something.

It's no mystery, it's just like a cuckoo clock.
Something comes out.

Clocks don't fit my theme, and they're pretty ugly. :(

my favorite is the statue fountain! i think it's such a great addition to any town that adds an elegant-ish feel to it. it's very nice.

I agree!
I have dead trees with bushes, jacobs ladders, black roses, and black lilies around mine.

Honestly, I kind of prefer the normal fountain over the statue fountain.

Statue fountain is still nice though.

The Wooden Bridge. It took me three years and multiple towns to finally get someone (Hamphrey) to request it and I almost cried. I also really love the trellis, windmill, both fountains and the hot springs.

Ideally my favorite Public Works Project would be the Bus Stop, but, at least in my main town where I'd want to construct it with its underwhelming map layout, I have no idea where I could put it where it would look good. Effectively, for as much as I love the look of it and how well I feel it would fit the theme, it's unfortunately useless to me.

My second favorite is probably the Fire Pit since I decided to throw one into my town, install a Log Bench just north of it, and surrounded it with stumps so that theoretically all of the residents (my mayor and a visitor or guest included) could hold meetings around it. I'm also fond of the Scarecrow. The Illuminated Heart gets mention too since it just gels with my plans for my other circus/magic show-themed town as, if they can fit, I think they'd look great outside my mayor's house to garner attention since that's where the stage is. I just need Bella to suggest it, which she has thus far stubbornly refused to do.

As far as the permanent ones are concerned, The Roost Caf?, the second floor of other museum, and Katrina's shop, probably. The Roost for giving me another bird NPC since I like birds, for the Brewster gyroids, for the work mechanic and for the superb coffee beans that you can sell at Re-Tail for quick cash. The second floor of the museum for Celeste and for all of the storage space available to accommodate my hoarding. Katrina's because I feel like my main horror town would be incomplete without a back-alley fortune-teller's shop.
