Bowser's Inside Story is my personal favorite.

Out of those three titles you've listed however, I've only played Cooking Mama, as I don't like Pokemon that much, and I've only heard vaguely of Harvest Moon. So I can only recommend Cooking Mama, I'm afraid. XD;

The World Ends With You is definitely my favorite. Great narrative and the controls were surprisingly easy to get used too. Professor Layton series is good stuff, especially Unwound Future. After that the Pokemon games plus spin-offs.
