What's Your Favorite Flower Combinations?

I think I might have asked something similar to this before involving colors, but now I'm curious about breeds!

For example: I think cosmos and tulips look adorable together (mostly pink cosmos and yellow tulips). What sorts of combos do you like?

I'm actually really interested to read the replies in this thread; I have a hard time making flower arrangements with multiple different breeds. Right now all my flowers are roses and they're in a blue, purple, pink pattern. I kind of want to change it up and add another breed into the mix.

I have a hard time with it, too, which is why I asked xD I'm kind of just using mostly white, purple, and blue colors overall with a few yellow and pink, and mostly tulips.
Tulips and cosmos, though, look really good together! I just alternated pink cosmos with purple tulips around Annalise's house, and I think it looks lovely! I'll post a screenshot soon

I have nothing but a mixture of white roses, lilies, and jacob's ladders in front of my mayor's house with a few white tulips and cosmos thrown in.

Hard to decide on favorites. But I went to this one dream town, they had all black roses and orange roses together. I thought it looked beautiful. Also maybe white carnations and purple tulips together.

I've seen a bunch of pink/red flower combinations that I like but they feel so common.

I want to put some blue pansies next to other flowers but haven't decided which would be best

Pansy's are my favorite type of flower. I like the hybrids for them. I like keeping the same type of lower within the same area, I don't like to mix breeds, but I haven't really messed with flower designing hardly at all recently.

I've never been a big fan of cosmos. They look too wiry for me. With that being said, I have a tendency to just let things grow wherever they want to in no particular order because I just like flowers.

If we're talking favorites though, I love carnations, tulips, and lilies. All colors except yellow.

Colour wise I started off with vanilla combos like purple and blue, purple and black, orange and yellow, red and orange, red and white so forth
But recently I've found some 'odd' colour combos look great, especially pink and yellow, purple and white, pink and blue, purple and yellow, purple and orange are some off the top of my head.

I liked pink tulips + yellow tulips! A friend used white tulips + white violets, it looks classy.

I'd pick something white, I think that'd look nice with it.

As for me, pink and red is my favorite.

I have pink tulips and purple roses around my mayor's house, which look nice. Lolly's house got pink cosmos and blue violets, which goes nicely with her blue house/pink door. Pekoe got red roses and pink lilies. And I have a secondary character with the melon exterior who has white roses and orange lilies.

I'm still working on breeding, so most of my houses are pretty basic. Once I get more varieties, I'll mix it up a bit.

Mmm I mix and match the majority of my flowers... A few I like are pink roses and yellow cosmos, blue violets and pink lilies. Most of mine are arranged my colour though.

I really like how carnations and roses look together. I'm particularly fond of blue roses with white carnations.

I'm having trouble deciding where to put my pansies, too, save for the white ones which are scattered through-out a forested area of town. I loooove violets, though. I think I'm making violets my main town flower, I have so many. I had yellow violets with pink cosmos, purple violets with pink cosmos, any violets mixed in with lilies.. etc c:

I just am a fan of flowers. xD But, when it comes to mixing breeds, I'm a total fan of lilies and violets. I just am sad there's not a lot of variations of hybrids for the violets.

When it comes to the hybrids though, I'd have blue and black roses if I could, but because blue is rather tedious to get, I'm just never up to doing it. I'd mix white carnations there, and also jacobs ladder. That would be my DREAM. XD

i think that roses and carnations look nice together ~ they're both quite similar, and it's a really subtle detail which i like!!

for example, in my old town, my whole path was lined in pink and white roses, but anywhere that led to a villager's house etc had a row of pink and white carnations. it looked really cute, it gave my town a nice touch ~
