I really don't understand why some doctors don't seem to understand that muscles actually weigh a lot more than body fat. Even when you're working out at the gym you gain muscle and your weight still goes up but of course some doctors just like to rely on the numbers on that scale and say "Oh you're overweight" and they fail to even realize that you're gaining muscle and being healthy.
I lift a lot of heavy things at my two part time jobs. Sometimes I even have to push a car into my dad’s shop. My body isn’t flabby at all and I can go into a sideways split from a standing position with ease. I can even lift and hold tires off of cars and put them back on without any trouble. Toyota Tundras have huge wheels and I can easily remove them and then put them back on. So I’d definitely say I have a lot of muscles. I’m just not built like a bodybuilder or have a six pack.
