In order to do this add up your villager and then divide by the amount you have

For Example:
Fang 1
Marina 1
Stitches 1
Drago 2
Phoebe 2
Sprinkle 2
Willow 4
Rooney 4
Henry 5
Kevin 5

27 then divide by 10
Average is 2.7

3 is mid, 5 is low, 1 is high
