What's Your Approval Rating?

I can't seem to get past 95% >.<
I did all the once-off things, and I've watered all my flowers.
I don't have a Fishing Rod (I messed up when I talked to Isabelle...doh!) so I can't sell any trash. I've been pestering my neighbors nonstop. =P But I can't seem to get those last 5 points!

100% ... You have to have your house built to get approval ratings. Doing things for your neighbors will increase your rating. That is how I got over the top.

I started at 46%. I probably have 50-something percent now.
I talk with my villagers a lot, ( I've already done a lot for them/with them ) and I've donated to the museum on a whim.
I haven't seen any garbage yet...

I'm at 82%. I couldn't start until my second day. Luckily, I started late on my first day or I would have been bored. I paid off my down payment and now I gotta wait until tomorrow and that will probably push me to 100% or at least close enough.

Keep talking to a villager until they ask you for a favor and then do it.
