There's this strip of black candy and i was wondering if everyone else sees it too (or maybe just me ;-; )

It's probably some glitch that happens, TBT has a lot of them.

Btw i forgot to mention the strip of black candy has been there from 10 am (you can see its currently 4 am)

I always used to get weird stuff like that on my iPad...started using my phone now and I don't get the problem anymore

It just goes on it own, so don't worry toooo much

I don't have it. Its probably just a glitch as said before. Try closing all your windows and clearing your history and cookies and then close safari/google/bing/etc and reopen it and TBT. It shouldn't still be there but if by chance it is I still wouldn't worry too much. Also you need to plug in your device lol!

Using Safari on iPhone/iPad will occasionally have glitches/hiccups like that.

really? i never noticed that on iphone but then i go on the mobile version anyways
