Sab, I've experienced feelings like that.
You're probably just attracted to this guy in a way maybe deep down inside you like him and just haven't realized it. I'm not to sure about whether or not it's 'love' based from the information you gave us. First you'd have to tell us if this is a guy you see everyday, talk to, if he's your friend, what kind of relationship you have right now etc.

But from what I've read it sounds more like an attraction, and just being nervous around the guy.
