Well although you mentioned it in the first post, The Grudge sufficiently creeped me out.The Japanese version. Insidious scared me back when it first came out. Sinister was pretty gruesome so I guess that's good. The Blair Witch Project as mentioned before is a very good one.

Haha yeah I watched that expecting to be offended but it was really just silly. The director was trying way too hard to shock people.
