What's the nicest thing your villager has ever said/done?

I was playing as my pattern mule, and Julian comes up to me and says something like (I'm paraphrasing) -- "Do you want to know why I have a little silly smirk on my face? It's because Momayo (my mayor character) gave me a gift! Being good friends is a great feeling, isn't it?"

I felt it was the nicest thing that my villager had ever said, even though it was something as simple as remembering a previous action. It made a bunch of pixels seem like really thoughtful characters.

What sort of touching moments have you had with your villagers?

Probably when my favorite villager Julian surprised me with a birthday party at his house. I love that uni!

During summer I had started to wear the post-op patch a lot. Talked to O'Hare and got this response:

O'Hare: I don't like seeing you hurt, even if its just pretend... I can't help that I care about you so much, sugar-L

I haven't worn that thing since, I don't want upset anymore of my villagers.

Julian cracks me up. He writes melodramatic love letters: "To my beloved Petunia, thanks for the passionate letter! The words made your feelings loud and clear to me. This is my response...'Yes.' Poignant, don't you think? With love, Julian".

As much as I like Coco, this made me chuckle. Not gonna lie. xD

I received a letter from Beau stating that he had a nightmare that I left town. He told me to stay forever, and I imagined that he thought of me as his dreamie just like I thought of him as mine.

It's probably a standard smug type response, but when Marshal and Zell want to move and I tell them to stay, they say "Yes! We're best friends F-O-R-E-V-E-R!" Makes me smile everytime.

At the time this happened, I was sort of going through some jealousy RL issues.

And a few days after I started playing, Pecan moved in. And while talking to her, she taught me to live in the moment and not worry about the past. For a snooty squirrel, it really spoke to me and it was the nicest, most eye opening thing ever.

Probably the other sweet thing was when Elvis told me to get Hopper and I did and at Elvis' house, Elvis asked that if he ever moved out of town, Hopper would take care of me in his absence. It was so sweet because Elvis eventually did move out and I've gotten so much closer to Hopper since then.
