What's the most you've ever got out of selling your town?

So recently I just restarted everything, including selling my catalog. I sold my town and catalog for almost 70mil, and I was wondering, what's the most you guys have ever got out of selling your town/catalog?

When I sold Saishuu, my first town, I got 37MIL of IGB, that's only without the catalog, with the full catalog I had like... 50-60Million bells? I decided against it, too much work and I don't want to go again through the same path of getting Cyrus' services. Too much pain

I get that. I'm seriously regretting selling my catalog because now I have to slowly get everything back, and I don't have much TBT to work with ;w;

39million but that was the town I sold after I bought 25million bells from some on here.

11 million is the highest I got from a town I worked on without buying any money from anyone.


I didn't sell my catalog in either of those
