What's the largest amount of bells you've spent on a single thing?

I got involved in a heated Marshall auction and had to pay 33 million bells.

Funny thing about Julian is I paid 26 million for him and a few months later he showed up randomly in my 2nd town lol. I have two Julians now.

Like, 50mil for TBT Bells. xD; For a single transaction. I've spent a lot more on them in other transactions.

I also spent 10k TBT for a Pokemon game, if non-ingame transactions are included. Using the exchange rate today, that would be equivalent to around 300mil.

Not even 1 mil I think ; u ; I've never tried to auction for a villager though. I don't bother because I'm really poor and I know there's no way I can win ; n ;
And people here are super nice to me...I got the sloppy set, princess set, sweets set, and my wishlist all for free (though I added a few Bell tips in there). I also got to catalog the rococo set for free. u v u That's what I love about this forum because most everyone is super kind! ♥

I think 4.5 million on Pietro in my old town before I reset? But then I won him in a raffle the second time. I never pay for villager because I never have enough bells (or room in my town), so I just lurk for raffles or until villagers I want show up in a cycling thread.

I try to buy all the items I want in the game with TBT, just because I have a lot.
