What's the deal with footwear?

No, this thread is not made about hating footwear. It's just that I have two questions....

1. Why can we try on shoes in Kick's, but not socks?

2. And why are we not able to try on Gracie shoes?

Hope this thread doesn't sound like a dumb one. 'Cuz, seriously, it's a weird question.

1.On Kicks,they show to you the design of the socks and also their size,also they're following RL,IRL u cant try socks,just tell me,have you ever been in a store that you can try the socks,no.As kicks says,you cant try them becuase of hygienic rules
2.Since the Gracie floor haves very elegant or exotic clothes,Gracie doesn't want u to try them because you can ruin the clothes,also they have the mannequins,so its not necessary to try the clothes
