Whats the best course of action?

The clocks go forwards/back due to a year being 365.25 days. Where do those .25 days go? They are always added on to a day. On winter and summer solstice, there is most time in the year, and gradually it goes to the other. In spring/autumn the clocks will change as it is in the middle. It's like -1 going to 1. It has to be reset somewhere. So 0/clocks change is when

I would tt. I use ACNL as time, so I would if I were you.

It's synced to your 3ds clock, so change your 3ds clock, and none of the bad side effects of TT will apply, also I recommend that you always TT using your 3ds clock since it's a lot safer, and you can create new characters and check if anyone moved out before you go on your mayor etc.
