I remember seeing somewhere that there was something special in November about exchanging mushrooms for furniture I think? I'm not sure. At the time I just thought 'bummer I have mushrooms all over my town, how will I do that?'
Now I'm looking for info online and can't find anything.
Every day in November, mushrooms will appear around your town. One of the mushrooms will be a piece of the Mush series, which is mushroom-themed furniture. You can also buy Harvest series furniture from the Nooklings in November (Like the Spooky series in October).
The harvest festival is in November lots of purple furniture XD also the mushrooms for the mush series...oh and Gracie has her sale after the 15th (if you have the emporium) which means you can buy the card series and Wedding cake (plus other limited items).
It is for the Thanksgiving type Franklin Festival, I forget what they call it the Harvest I believe. I have one town in correct time in Nov have been just saving rare mushrooms I did up and or letting them keep growing. If you chop down a tree with the silver ax or maybe even a regular, correct me if I am wrong mushrooms will so either appear around it of various types and worth different amounts. You will be asked to find ingredients from certain fish, and shellfish, to mushrooms for recipes to get the special rewards. I believe there is a webpage that lists all the possible recipes you may be asked to make and what they will need, I think I wrote them down somewhere a long time ago. Also the store should sell the Harvest set during November I believe..
but yeah, to add onto what people are saying, be sure to pick up the mushrooms everyday! i never realized that mushrooms don't spawn if there are already mushrooms on the ground (found out the hard way after having time traveled all the way to november to collect mushrooms. what a waste).
I have lots of special tree stumps and bought some mushrooms from the forum to decorate my town. I don't feel like picking them all up to check which is a mush series furniture You can visit my DA, you'll see what I mean
