When I first saw Audie, I actually really liked the way she looked and wanted her on my island. I ended up getting her on a mystery island while hunting down for Raymond and took her immediately. After having her for a little bit, I actually don't even like her anymore. The way her eyes are bug me and I also feel like the personality type they gave her doesn't fit her for some reason. Sucks because I really wanted to like Audie, but just those two things make me not like her anymore.

I wanted Audie at first just because of all the hype surrounding the new characters, but once I thought it out more, I decided I still preferred Chrissy. I still like Audie and her design, just not as much as the first time I heard of her. And since you mentioned it, she does look more like, maybe, a snooty villager than a peppy one.

Yeah, I was expecting her to be snooty... but no, I don't think I'm bored of her. It happened very quickly after getting her on my island.
Saying I don't like him anymore would be a stretch but I am sorta just "eh" about Filbert now. His interior is very cool, but his design doesn't appeal to me that much (not saying it's bad) and I already wasn't a big fan of Lazy dialogue so that really hurt him for me.

I ended up getting Audie randomly as one of my first 3 starters and was so excited, but I kinda feel the same way. Something is off about her personality. I still like her, she is just not one of my favorites.

Hate to admit this, but ever since I moved Apollo in, I’ve been preferring him over daddy Wolfgang. I don’t know why. I just think Apollo fits this ridiculous grandpa role the crankies now are a bit better.

I also had Audie and let her go. I feel you because somehow, the peppy personality fits other species more, IMO. Cats and bunnies make the best peppies. Especially cats.

I found her on an island and held her for a friend. I spent 3 days nonstop trying to TT her out, and she refused to ping until I kicked someone else (Merengue) out for Erik who was in my campsite. Not to happy about that, but I love Erik so it's ok. I probably won't be asking Rosie to move in again for a long time

I'm with you about Audie. I like her, but peppy villagers are my least favorite in this game which is making it hard for me to find a replacement. I also have Vivian living on my island and I prefer her more. I'm currently in the process of trying out a few peppy villagers to possibly replace her, but no one is sticking!
I'm likely going to let her go in the future when I settle on someone else and have a way to get her back in case I change my mind. I think the peppy personality fits bunnies better! I just haven't found one I'm 100% sold on.

I can relate with being tired of Audie but mainly because I have 3 peppy villagers and I am going a little crazy.
I know I'm going to end up with some duplicates but I think in this game I really can't have more than one peppy villager. In NL I had Tangy and Felicity and they are the sweetest, but the peppy personality in this game is just a bit tiring. It just doesn't seem like theres as much lines for the personalities in general, so you get a lot of repeats.
I still think Audie looks super cool though, love her design.

I would have to go with Audie as well. Not that I don't love her but my original peppy was Agent S and for some reason I feel like the peppy personality fit with her more. Maybe cause she's a superhero? It's hard to see Audie and not think of Agent S but right now she's living in her shadow

i used to LOVE agent S in NL but after seeing her render in NH she looks a lil ugly. she used to be so adorable, or maybe shes always been that way?

I somehow in my first 5 got Merry and Marina. Omg two peppies never again. I have Audie as my 1 peppy and I think since she looks so different from the other two she doesn't bother me as much.
