Whats A Good Program Or App To Show Your ACNL Character Out Of The Game?

I was wondering if there's a program or the PC or internet that you can simulate your character in 3d where you can import a qr code and see your character in Realtime not in the game all the clothing options hair styles and skin tones along with the items for easy deco?

It's not exactly what you're looking for, but you can use Ohana3DS. You will have to download the AC:NL files separately.
