What would you like to see in next Animal Crossing

I think you should be able to expand your house any way you choose. Right now, you can have the main room, two side rooms, the back room, the upper floor, and the basement...maybe I just want to make my house a 5-story tower. You see what I'm saying?

to be able to visit town's museums in dream towns, and it'd be super cool if there was a new shop introduced that you could only get in dream towns! it'd be called "d.i.y" lol and would replace the nookling shops. you could earn "dream coins" through visiting dream towns (maybe 1 per town) and buy exclusive items! idk if it'd be worth it, but i thought that it'd be cool.

I'll update my post as time goes on because I have so much going through my mind right now that I'm bound to forget something.

-I would love to see a bigger map. Triple layer cliff towns returning would be spectacular. And having an island in the town too would be awesome. Triple layer cliff island town would be so much fun
- PWP limit higher and space restriction more lax. If trees can be 1 space apart then so can PWP,
- Obviously, this is pretty much guaranteed, but new PWP. I'm thinking a swing set would be nice. And a slide.
- Bigger beach. I don't know, I felt cramped on mine. Special beach PWPs, too.
- City folk had a city to go shop in. I'm thinking a return of that or something better. Basically, something to do outside of the town besides the island. Btw...
- Island needs to return as it is. It's too perfect to be changed. Well, maybe increase the spawn rate of beetles and find a way to avoid trolls on Club Tortimer without flicking the WiFi switch.
- More villager to live in the town please. I'm thinking 16 (2 of each personality)
- Idc if they make new personalities but I'm not against it.
- More dialogue. Tons of dialogue. Make it so it takes a long time to hear it all. Please!
- control over where villagers live. Return of signboards or ability to construct house plots (without consuming PWP limit)
- I want to have Copper and Booker in my town. It's sad to pick between the two.
- Constellations return
- Lioness villagers. Lions are my favorite animals.
- Tool slots separate from inventory. Too much space is taken up because of them.
- More tree variety and more flower colors. Well, green is the only color that hasn't really been used. Are there actually green flowers in real life?
- Cranky's and Snooties revert back to their usual rude personalities. If you can't handle it, then you shouldn't be playing video games in the first place.
- Grass erosion should be optional and able to be turned off and on at will. And just less dirt in town in general. I hate all the perma-dirt in my town.
- Someone suggested catching birds and I like it but I don't want them to be in cages. I want them to be in an open wide exhibit where they can fly about. It would just be sad if they are in a tiny cage.
- Wisp, Serena, and Frillard all return. Don't know why they didn't appear in New Leaf anyways.
- Champ returns. Don't care if he looks like Porter. I want him.
- Able to have more active designs at once. 10 ain't enough
- An animal footprint exhibit in the museum where you have to bond with different animal species to collect their footprint for the museum. Can work with special characters too. Something stupid I just randomly thought of. Basically, I just want more things to donate to the museum.
- Been said but a bakery/restaurant would be nice.
- More shops.
- Every special character gets a picture.
- Skin color options. Besides tanning

I'll probably come up with more.

I'd love to see campers wandering around the town and seeing everything. I hate how they're always talking about "visiting" the town, but they're really just cooped up inside their tent/igloo.
I'd also like to be able to have more than one ordinance at a time, and I want a longer town tune.

I thought of something small, but Merengue is supposed to be the eldest of triplets. It's one of her April Fool's day hints. It would be a little cliche, but we could have two other cake themed rhinos who could be implied to be related to her. (Similar to how Chrissy and Francine could be implied to be related.) It'd be cute if one was named Velvet and based on a red velvet cake.

Probably already said. Idc im not going to go re-read. A way to make villagers permanent, a way to choose where they live, new species, more things that animals say, they always repeat the same stuff. More furniture series, im fine with everything the way it is besides this stuff. OH! And also, a way to trade fish/bugs with other people, or maybe even bring back the gyroid next to your house in GC that lets you sell whatever you want. Maybe custom fishtanks. (I like having pets okay >:/) I think people are thinking to deep about certain things.

ALSO LONGER HAIR STYLES!!! Maybe even make your own face! also a lot of players have different skin colors.. So that should be made available to change too

I think it would be awesome to be able to have more clothes options, like maybe being able to layer, and wear coats and cardigans and scarves. Also, I think being able to make Tree Houses would be cool, which you could decorate the inside and outside. It would also be nice to have more of an area to explore, maybe there could be an option to 'go on holiday' somewhere, and you could have a holiday home? XD

I would like more storage space as using the museum rooms as another option of storage space takes awhile if your items are scattered around your town.
I would also want the option to remove a rock in a path as they get away. Sometimes i try to build my paths around a rock if one is in the way, however it just ends up making it look like a mess.
In retail, their should be a locker/maybe abd so it's easier for visitors to come and sell turnips.

I don't know if anyone remembers this, but in the "beta" acnl, on the drawn map it showed a little cave on the cliff of the beach. I think they should add some cool stuff like that or when diving we can go underwater and see fish/rocks and stuff like that. And you can pick up the rocks and learn more about stuff like that. c:

To develop the friendship system. Make something like a visible indicator (maybe a simple friendship bar, hearts, flowers, faces, etc.) Depending on our friendship with certain villager we'd get to experience some kind of special events or unlock new features!
Say.. Every villager would have something like their own PWP, which is exclusive and rare. In order to unlock it, your friendship with this certain villager must reach insane levels. If you decide to build this, you get to dedicate it to them ONCE for the entire game. You can but you don't have to. If you do, there'll be a chance to make this villager your assistant (co-mayor, a business partner maybe?). Again, if you do, they'll never move out. Then they can have their own exclusive places, like cafes or shops (different for every villager, or at least every personality type) and you can run these with them! Awesome, huh? Or am I just Harvest Mooning right here. ._.

Also, I'd love to be able to randomly give my villagers presents like they do with me sometimes. ^-^
