So earlier I sold Tank to somebody. I'm just curious of what would happen if I time travel to the next day (which I'm not, dw lmao) Would he still appear in her town or?

Yeah he would. I did that when I sold someone marshal and they never said he didn't move in.

I think he still would, because after I think that, you two wouldn't be connected the next day anyways, so it's probably got more to do with Tank being added to her town's data than anything you could do.

Theoretically, yes he would still move in bc you can't delete something that's on Nintendo WFC by time traveling

Yes, the villager will appear in her town. Once a villager says they'll move in (whether from the campsite or from another town), they are guaranteed to show up unless you invite another villager in on the same day (in which case the last villager to be invited in is the only one to show up).

If you couldn't fast forward on your end, cyclers in the Villager Trading Plaza would have a lot more difficult job because they'd have to be super careful about cycling after someone adopts a villager

Yeah, he'll still appear in her town. The only thing that'll happen is Tanks house will no longer be in your town.

Yeah they're loaded onto their game. As soon as I sell a villager, I immediately go back to cycling.

Yes. Whatever you do in your town will not affect the other person getting that villager. That is a certainty. Once they've asked them to move to their town and saved, they will move to that town and you can tt as far as you want

As for has anyone tried it - cyclers do it all the time, otherwise they would never get through enough villagers.
