What would be the best normal villager for a weeb island?

Coco, Pekoe, Annalisa, and Gladys all come to mind for me. Though I suppose it depends if you want more of a traditional or modern Japanese vibe (note: I have not seen that anime)

Annalisa looks like she would fit... she reminds me a bit of the little boy, Chiaotzu.
Gala or Lucy to represent the pig, if you don't have one.
Mitzi kind of looks like the blue cat.
Nana to represent the whole monkey thing, and because a lot of characters are pink.
And agree that Pekoe could be ChiChi.

Thanks, guys! I am stuck between Pekoe, Annalisa, and Mitzi. Mitzi does look like the cat, Puar, but I already have a cat. And I would have done Nana, too, but I already have a monkey! And I already have Kevin as the pig (though Curly looks more like Oolong).

Actually, Marina was a total coincidence! She arrived at the campsite on my birthday, so I took her in for a while. Trouble is, I had to let her go recently because I wasn’t really vibing with her!

If you really like a villager enough to represent them for a character or something you can always test it out. Even if that means you'll have two of the same species. So long as they aren't the same personality they'll be different enough even with how sparse the dialogue can be.

Yeah, you got me thinking about her tentacles which look like the various forms of Buu’s appendages and it just gets more cursed from there.
If I actually enjoyed the Buu Saga, I would have more regrets about letting Marina go. Dang, is there not a cool villager that looks like lizard-alien man or giant perfect bug man? Anyone?

Cub is Chester for Chiaotzu
Frog is Frobert for Cell
Chester is identical to Chiaotzu! And I can definitely see the resemblance between Frobert and Cell -- though I think he'd make an even better Captain Ginyu! LOL

Caroline has a literal weeb house, with the manga library and everything. She and Graham would be best friends, I’m sure, since Graham’s house is similar. Thank you for enlightening me with this fact!
