What was your town appraisal?

WARNING: Apparently Nook doesn't always appraise the town. So don't do this if you don't want to risk your town being demolished...

I wanted to see my town's price.
If I include the catalog, it was 141,000,000 bells. What was your town worth?
btw, once you see the price and add in the catalog, you can just press the home button and your town won't be erased.

On the home screen, select continue, then the mayor's name, then when isabelle asks you if you want to get started, choose the "I need help..." option, and select 're-create town', and it'll try to scare you away from it, but keep confirming until eventually she brings out tom nook, and keep confirming until he gets to the point where he gives you the price of the town including the catalog. Then just press the home button and quit if you don't want to actually recreate your town.

I'm guessing it's mostly evaluated by how many flowers, trees, bushes, and pwp's you have. I have almost the full amount of pwp's and almost every space has flowers, trees, or bushes.

I hear people have accidentally deleted their town trying to appraise their town. I think the theory is that if your town is worthless, tom nook doesn't even show up and your town gets deleted right there.

I think it depends on how complete your catalog is (if it's referring to the shop catalog). Mine is complete.

Yeah, also probably how valuable the items are. I haven't bought any of the expensive furniture from Gracie Grace.

You need to choose the first option that Isabel says not the second option of taking a break or Tom Nook doesnt appear.
