Nintendo 64.

Got it the day after it came out as a gift from my mum <3 Most anticipated console for me because of the games. Banjo Kazooie was really the best back then, still is IMO.

That and I remember all the days of having friends over to play multiplayer on conkers bad fur day, and Goldeneye. I miss those days.
I would like to point out that all three of the games you mentioned were made by Rare. What happened to them? They were so good.
Microsoft stole them and destroyed them, that's what.

But that doesn't make them disappear. He said "back when Wii had good games", as if they don't exist anymore. Besides, there are many other great games like Twilight Princess. Super Mario Galaxy, Super Paper Mario, Mario Kart Wii, New Super Mario Bros. Wii, Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Metroid Prime: Trilogy... I think you get the point.
ive played all those, brawl was the last decent game i played, unfortunately the online sucked so it got boring quite fast, mario galaxy was amazing, but still, single player, it got boring, same for MP3, and i beat TP 6 times, because there was nothing else to play besides gay little minigame collections. and super paper mario just sucked.
You just don't appreciate games that aren't M-rated shooters with an emphasis on online play. >_>

Okay, maybe that's not entirely true, but you do need to realize that a game doesn't have to have online play and/or multiplayer for it to be a good game. Hell, Brawl's single player never bores me. And while games like Super Paper Mario and Twilight Princess don't have much replay value after you beat them, they're made to provide an amazing single player experience that you'll never forget.
paper mario is pretty much forgotten, i remember the 2nd one much more. and I loved TP, ill probably remember it for along time, brawl i wont though. single player games just arent worth it anymore, well not worth more than 20 bucks max or a rent, they end too fast and arent worth keeping. bioshock is an exception to that though, its worth multiple paythroughs and evenif your not playing it, it deserves to be in your collection, just cause the story is mind blowing. but yeah, i dont pay more than 20 bucks for single player games, when i can get games like modern warfare 2 for example that have a campaign worth playing through every once and awhile, and a multiplayer that always stays fresh because of the unlocking system, ranking up, gun skins, challenges, etc. im pretty sure i have over 250 hours logged online. :P
