For me it was Gengi and Baabara. I couldn't stand Gengi because he has a weird face and his ego makes his face look 2x more annoying. Baabara is just a douche bag when she's not on main street. It took forever to get rid of them both.
My least favorite villagers that I kind of hated were, Prince and Wart Jr. I just did not like how they looked and their cacthphrases/how they talked. In general I do not like the Frog Villagers very much.
I really really hate Kidd the smug goat, I had finally cleared the villager out that was in the spot i wanted to put my cafe then the next day he had his house plot there and then refused to move for 8 months afterwards. I also don't like a lot of the jock villagers apart from Bam and Bill, it's my least favourite personality type. Some other random villagers I don't like just because of bad experiences are Freckles, Greta, Bones, Apple, Sylvia and Ricky
I agree with not liking Wart Jr. I didn't like his look or his name. Both were just way too ugly and I really hope I never get him in one of my towns one day and if I do, he will be moving out as soon as possible. :/
Barold is the grossest character ever. He looks like a creep. I don't know what game designers were thinking when they made certain villagers. Like, why do they have to make ugly ones?
I had him in my town for the longest time and he would refuse to leave. This was before I knew what plot resetting was, so he was in an area I was planning to add the Police Station in as soon as I unlocked it.
Omg I'm stuck with Boon right now... He's actually not a gorilla because he's a baboon, but the game classifies him as a gorilla. He's probably the least ugly out of all the gorilla villagers, but he still has the ugly gorilla structure since he's supposed to be a gorilla. The game designers should've made him a monkey instead because that would make a lot more sense. If gorillas weren't so ugly, I would make a planet of the apes themed town.
Peaches and Tammy. Peaches was the absolute worst in too many ways to write down. And Tammy yech. She was in my friend's town forever and she would constantly complained about her and she MOVED INTO MINE right in front of the train station. Two spaces away from the bulletin board, it's ridiculous.
I don’t actually hate any of the villagers. But, I did experience dislike for a particular villager. This came after I started playing “Animal Crossing: New Leaf,” with my original town, which I still have had since August 17, 2013. It is in my signature. It is the town of Applewin. It was an original villager to Applewin. It was the Snooty goat Velma. I was glad to eliminate her from the town. But, I do realize that this was a negative impression and, perhaps, I could give her another chance (with a different town that I have not established with a Dream Address). I do want to stress: I don’t reach a point of actually hating a villager.
i dont like rasher. In fact rasher just moved in. im waiting for a 10th villager to come, then i will kick him out using goldie's amiibo card

Jambette and Diva. I'm also not a fan of Colton or Julian just because I'm not a fan of horses, but most of the other horse villagers have super cute faces (like Papi, he's adorable)

I have had Jambette in my original town, Applewin, since the beginning. She is the nurturing type of Normal villagers.
I have towns not in condition to establish as Dream Addresses. I have at least two applicable frogs. They’re both Lazies. And they’s wonderful. I really like Prince, and have liked him since I played “City Folk” (circa 2008, 2009). I also dig Jeremiah because he is a cool, blue Lazy—and very easy.
Wart Jr. is a really good Cranky frog. So is Croque, who I find to be kind of funny. (It may be the influence of those videos by chuggaaconroy.)
