What two 3DS games should I get?

There's going to be a sale this weekend and it's a "buy one get one 50% off" kind of deal. I was thinking of getting Monster Hunter and Luigi's Mansion, but I'd like to get other opinions too (and also why you suggest the game).

Fire Emblem. I downloaded the demos of Monster Hunter and Fire Emblem, and I much preferred Fire Emblem. I'm getting it when the price reduces!
Well, that and Luigi's Mansion.

I second the Fire Emblem suggestion! I played the demo when it first came out and I was quickly drawn in by the exquisite graphics and interesting strategies and gameplay. It is definitely one of my favorite 3DS games as of right now. Download the demo and you wont be sorry

first and foremost i think every 3ds owner should own mario kart 7, because everyone you meet with a 3ds will probably have 1.
as for a secondary game, i'd suggest luigi's mansion, or professor layton if you like puzzles

I don't know about Mario Kart, I don't think I'd be playing it a lot. I'm a little skeptical about getting Fire Emblem since it's a turn-based game. I think I'm going to stay away from stuff like Mario Tennis and Mario Kart and look for something with tons of re-playability.

mario kart7 lets you play with up to 7 other people at a time, so in my opinion, it has the best replay ability

MH is a nightmare without the circlepad. Also, just look into a game called Zero Escape: Virtues Last Reward. honestly I've never played a better videogame. Hands down. It's such an under-advertized title.

So I ended up getting what I mentioned in the first post. I don't think they had Super Mario 3D Land. Fire Emblem sounded good but was skeptical about getting it because of the turn based kind of gameplay.
