I love the show Friends! Monica is pretty annoying sometimes but I still like her.
I personally dislike TV characters with annoying voices. I can't stand The Regular Show because all their voices are really annoying to me. As funny as South Park is, their voices also annoy me sometimes.
I basically dislike anything that Cartoon Network plays during the day.
I also really dislike all the kids from The Cleveland Show. So annoying.
Yeah, I don't really like Ross either. Chandler too.

Nami from One Piece.
I feel like she's mainly there for fanservice. Like, Oda just put together a stupid tragic back story, navigating skills, and huge boobs, tiny waist, and a terrible attitude.
She's a useless fighter. Seriously, she could just use her **** to smack people with, they're that big.
Why can't she dress normally? For example, the Punk Hazard arc, it's seriously inconvenient to wear just a bikini top. How can she even run in high heels? It's unrealistic.
She's also incredibly greedy. The world doesn't revolve around money, chill.
The way she treats her crewmates sucks. She's so rude to Sanji. She also just randomly hits her friends when they do something stupid. Like, no, if you hit me I'd hit you right back.
I just can't stand her.

Leonard from The Big Bang Theory... Leonardo from TMNT... (could it be...?) Cersei Lannister from Game of Thrones. Rick from The Walking Dead. I know that they add something to the show, and they are all interesting. They just annoy me. It's normal for Cersei to be annoying (= good actress + good lines), for the others it's just my personnal tastes.
I've been watching Friends non-stop everyday on Comedy Central since the marathon started on the 23rd August and she's great that's her character xox

Might as well add to my hate list, errr Muscle Man from Regular Show, Spongebob's cousin Stanley, Kramer from Seinfeld (sometimes), Lori from That 70's Show, Lutz from 30 Rock, Crona from Soul Eater (again, sometimes), Ignacio from Ugly Betty, Rachel and Blaine from Glee,

I don't necessarily hate characters that are annoying for the plot purpose of being annoying/hateful. I hate characters that are really poorly written however. I'm having trouble thinking but Georgina from GG is standing out to me right now. Her character was motivated solely to make things worse for others and they'd haul her out when they couldn't think of an original scandal.
Oh, and Henry on OUaT. I'm not saying get rid of the character, but for the love of all that is good work on making his transition from child to teenager less painful than it's been so far.

I realize the first sentence and the Georgina comment make no sense. I think I mean more like for example Joffrey was a well written hateful character. A truly horrible person to the bone, and written to be horrible. BUT he was motivated to do the things they did due to his complete lack of parenting, and skewed image of what it means to be a ruler (he subscribed to it's better to be feared than loved, and believed that anything that could potentially put him in a light of being weak or soft was bad and needed to be eliminated). Georgina was motivated by what? Serena and her were good friends at one point and she wouldn't party with her so let's ruin everyone's lives? She just generally enjoys being a horrid person?

I'm not sure why you're complaining about her running in high heels and calling it "unrealistic" in an anime that has magic fruits that let people turn into rubber, smoke, fire, mythical animals, etc., but okay.
I really like Nami, but it sounds like your hatred for her is pretty deep-seated, so it probably wouldn't matter if I tried to defend her lol.

Anyway, I had to take a think to see if there's anybody that I really hate from any TV show. As far as live action TV goes, I'm not the biggest fan of George O'Malley from Grey's Anatomy. When I first watched the show (like 6 years ago lol), I really liked him, but I find it difficult to enjoy his character now that I'm rewatching it. He's probably the weakest character on the show.
As far as animated series go, I really dislike Akio Ohtori from Revolutionary Girl Utena. He's a great character, but he's a despicable person. Ozai from ATLA was also kind of a lame villain. Like he was evil enough to burn half his son's face off, but other than that, he just seemed like a stereotypical bad guy. His character never seemed all that fleshed out to me.
Idk I don't tend to hate characters so much. It's always kind of a surprise to me whenever I do.
