What to do with fake paintings/statues?

I think I have one fake painting in my house and I have considered decorating parts of the island with some other fake paintings or statues but mostly I just put them in the bin or else I'd run the risk of hoarding them all in the house storage and that fills up too quickly. It would be nice if I could sell them to Timmy and Tommy, even though they'd make very little bells, as then I could just get rid off everything in my pockets in one go.

I mostly use them for decoration in my house, or the statues outside. Some of the fake statues would be cool in a spooky setup.

Decoration, especially bc I like some of fake art more than the real art so it works out perfectly.

But at least I was lucky enough to get ahold of a trash can, should I have the misfortune of ending up with a forgery.

I display mine either in my houses or outside as decoration if they're statues. They're great for gardens!

depending on the art, i will keep it to use as decoration on my island or in one of my houses

i've completed my museum and memorised which were fake and which were real
so luckily, i've never accidently bought one i didn't need
