What Times Do The Cicadas Come Out?

I've been experimenting with the cicadas, trying to get the time when they're all out and are loud. Though.. I can't tell.

Does anyone know?

IIRC the afternoonish times, into early evening. I'm not 100% sure though, other websites are likely more accurate than me.

Umm.. I usually get cicadas all day (IT SUCKKSSSSS). They are in full swing when I get on (9:30-ish) and there's plenty. So try 9:00 to 10:00.

I would say morning-afternoon, play with sound on, so you can hear them and differentiate them by their sound, the sound makes it very easy to know which one you are missing or already have (at least for me), I think that at night you only can get the evening cicada.
