I am a night owl, as well as a former third shifter (overnight shift). My work schedule was 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, so this is pretty normal for me. During my third shift time, I used to sleep from 7:30 AM to around 2:00 PM.
Are you an early bird or a night owl? What time do you usually sleep?
Usually a night owl, but for the summer I’m (ironically enough) going to sleep (usually) around 12 or 1 a.m., and waking up at either 9 a.m. or 12 p.m. (which sounds weird, but it’s what’s happening).
On some nights though I prefer staying up until 6 a.m. or a bit before that in order to get stuff done, especially nights where I don’t have my summer job/work the next day.
This past Spring semester at university though, I stayed up more than 24 hours Mondays through Tuesdays and Wednesdays through Thursdays because I had an 8 a.m., and I wanted to be on top of things (I felt dead inside though at times).
I'm definitely a night owl :v During school I tend to go to sleep sometime between 11pm- 1am and wake up at about 6:45 am. Now that it's summer, I usually go to bed around the same time, but since I'm trying to catch a tarantula (which don't like to show up in my town) I've been up a little later. I find that I have been getting up around 10 am now though, I suppose catching up on the sleep I lost throughout the year xD
I've been getting tired pretty early ;; like around 11-12 pm even though I wake up at 9 or so. I think it's good to keep my schedule though so that when I go back to school I can wake up no problem for my morning classes.
During school I go to bed at about 9-10pm and wake up at 6-7am.
Although this Summer I've really been a night owl. I stay up until around 2:30am and wake up at 10am. Tbh I would love to have a job with later hours, I feel my activity is at its peak around 12-1am.
It depends on what I have going on the next day sometimes I go to be early others not so much, like tomorrow I?ve got nothing going on so here I am at 1:30 am knowing I?ll regret this in the morning.
I have messed up mental rhythms (I forget the exact word, circadian maybe?) which basically totally throw off me having a regular sleep schedule. Sometimes I'll fall asleep at 6 PM, other times 6 AM. It sucks, and I don't have any real structure in my life because of it, but I'm trying to get used to the chaos.
I used to stay awake until between midnight and 2 am, but I'm gradually going to bed earlier. It's kinda hard to go to bed earlier though, since everything is quiet and relaxing late at night, which makes me feel like doing something other than sleeping.

It depends. During the school year, I'll try to get to bed at 10:30pm so I can wake up at 6:30am and get 8 hours of sleep. On weekends, I'll usually go to bed at 11:30-12:30pm, but then I'll watch Youtube till around 1-3am (sad, I know).
