I was at a sleepover and my friend and I went to bed at around 1. She zonked out while I laid in bed for two hours listening to music. I probably fell asleep at around 4.

I usually go to sleep between 8-11am and wake up around 4-6pm. I work night audits, so I'm nocturnal and sleep during the days. This has become increasingly hard since it's been super hot out.
