my town theme is forest/natural. i really love how zen towns look too c:
what is your town theme, and what's one of your favorites? leave your DA's too!!
I think my town is a "colourful" themed town. I don't really like themes because I'm too lazy to organize my flowers in a certain way but I do have tons of flowers everywhere!
Cinnabar is tropical zen themed, it's kind of got a vacation feel to it. It just developed that way by accident, then I realised I'd merged the two together and it just worked, I like it a lot.
Bluewood is blue-themed. There's lots of blue! The bushes, flowers, patterns, the villagers and their houses, the players and their insides/outsides of the player houses are all blue. I just spend a good couple of weeks customizing a massive bunch of furniture, I actually dreamt of Cyrus a few times toward the end, lol. It's just a really sweet little forest town and I had a ton of fun working on it the last few months. Having a strong theme was fun to play around with, though it required a lot of research..so many furniture lists ><
Mostly natural. My town Laverre is based off of a Pokemon city (duh) and in the (pokemon) game, it has a dirt path and is set in early fall, so that's what I'm doing. I have lots of trees and bushes lining the paths because I wanted to do an Animal Crossing version of Laverre, so I tried not to use QR paths and make natural dirt paths like the ones in Laverre. Now, my layout isn't quite the same (it's barely even similar), but I tried to capture the charm of Laverre while still keeping true to the mechanics of AC. c: Oh and the flowers I'm using are pink and white cosmos, carnations, roses, and lilies. ^^
fairy tale i guess, but my town surely isn't natural haha. i have paths and public work projects everywhere with bushes outlining them along with hybrids. because of that, i barely have any space to plant any trees so i just have a bunch of random fruit baskets in my locker that were originally meant to be planted but i never got around to it. its a pain too, i dont plot reset due to laziness, so if a villager plots their house in the middle of my pathway or something--im screwed until they move out. it happens a lot too, but i plan of solving that issues with public work projects if it helps out
aside from that, i mainly have pastel/cute colors everywhere as well as my villagers--which are mainly cats, dogs and cubs
Baker is Sherlock Holmes themed, specifically the BBC version (though there is the occasional ACD canon reference thrown in, for funsies). I'm so proud of it uwu
