Wild World is in an animal crossing category, and to be honest that's weird too.

i guess after a week of playing, it expands.

That doesn't explain the people who got it earlier.

they got the game early, or they time traveled.

That's the only explanation I could come up with too. Maybe the early adopters had their towns created before Nintendo's predetermined wait period began in-game. It's possible that it was a temporary code that is removed upon the end of the first week?.

Huh. My Nook's store is upgrading also. I got it the release day. That is weird but I'm just happy it's upgrading.

Weird...my Nook's upgraded on the 21st. I've never time traveled, and I got the game on release day... maybe it has to do with the fact I've been buying the whole store out everyday since release for the Nook Points.

After spending/selling 25k worth of stuff he upgrades within 1 - 7 days, or something like that.

Im guessing theres multiple criteria for the chances of nook upgrading

Like; 1)Spend X amount at his store

OR

2)Spend Y amount at his store and if criteria #1 is not met then in 1 week he will upgrade anyway


Just examples, not saying these are whats required for the upgrade.
