Maybe I'm just not getting the picture because I don't sell my games. I don't see why downloading it should be such a problem if you really want to play it. I mean, if you still have the game, you have the option of playing it again. If I really, really wanted a game, I would download it if it was my best option.

I don't see why this is such a big deal. Shipping issues happen.

Yeah, but I guess it annoys the lifetime out of people when they promise that it will be shipped properly. But it doesnt affect me; I'm going to download it.
