He is an axolotl! I own one in real life~
His name is, in fact, Dr. Shrunk. =3

I didn't get mine from a pet store; he was the offspring of my friend's axolotls when she conveniently forgot to separate them before they could make babies.

I love him to death, though. <3

And if you're wondering why Dr. Shrunk seems kinda dumb in the game, it's because axolotls aren't very intelligent in real life, lol.
