Hut (smallest)
Shack (1 upgrade)
House (2 upgrades)
2 Story House (2 upgrades and another floor above)
Super House (2 upgrades to main room, another floor, and another room on main floor)
Deluxe House (2 upgrades to your main room, a 2nd story room, and 2 rooms on main floor)
Mansion (Final house, which has 4 rooms on first story including the one you started out in, and a second story floor)

I excluded the bedroom, where your beds are, and phone.

100k HRA PIONTS-2 story model
150k points -mansion model.
