What should I put in this area of my town?

It's a very small place and it's restricted by 2 boulders and the event plaza as well as the Main Street Entrance. I think I can fit in either a fire hydrant, bench, light, or any 1x1, 2x1 PWP there, or should i grow some trees/bamboo/flowers/shrubs there? Floor patterns?

EDIT: Also another question that's totally unrelated to this: for the 3 extra players I can have in my town, I have 1 person have her house be a restaurant, and the other a school. What's a good themed house for the 3rd person? (The mayor's house would be like the living quarters for the other 3

Probably the square topiary imo.

Maybe you could do a comfy little cottage? By that I mean just for one resident to live in, not like what you plan for your mayor's house to be.

You could also put the water pump there and put a qr code for a drain and surround it with more flowers.

How about a library? Every (rl) town should have a good library (^~^)
Or maybe a gym with workout equipment, a bowling place, a basketball field...

Maybe until you unlocked the topiary pwp you could have a tree with perfect fruit there as a filler?

Also instead of just a library, you could have a sort of leisure centre that had the main room as the reception, and then the other rooms a library, gym etc?

Thanks guys for the suggestions!! Before I was unsure what to even put there now I'm overloaded with awesome possible ideas hahaha xD

And thanks for the house suggestion! I think that library idea is great! I might combine the library with the school and some gym equipment with the school as well, but I might make the last room into a leisure center with an arcade and a hotel room! Thanks for the suggestions, guys!
