What should I do about my villagers....

So I wasn't going for a theme in my town but I still seem to have ended up with mostly wolf/deer. I was wondering, from looking at my list in my signature, do you feel like Octavian and Zucker are the odd ones out? Or they don't really fit in with the others?
I particularly adore Zucker, his little eyes when I forgot his birthday present yesterday....I definitely wouldn't want to let him go. Octavian, maybe, because there's other Cranky villagers I also love.
But then that would leave one octopi which I think would look even more odd....
What do you guys think?
I considered getting a completely different species to replace Octavian, but the only villager I like who isn't a wolf/deer is Marshal...

What do you think? Do they really stand out as odd/not fitting?

I think it's fine! You're not going for a certain theme anyway so it doesn't make too much of a difference. Plus you don't have any wolf/deer villager to replace Octavian with so it'd be better to keep the octo-pair. If it bothers you, you could always make up a narrative for your town.

I know it sounds silly, it's just I'm a bit funny about things like that, I've only got 2 female villagers right now as I don't really like any peppy or uchi villagers. I thought of swapping out one of the octopi for another normal, but the only option for me would be Fauna as she just seems impossible to get hold of.

As long as it doesn't look really out of place that's good to know!
I did have Marina but she left the other day as I really wanted Beau while I had opportunity to get him.
I adore lazy villagers so I now have 3 of them

Think I'll say as it is then, 2 octopi, 3 wolves and the rest are deer....I guess that isn't too bad when I say it like that
