I tried that a couple times. There were way too many responses for me to read lol. I love MAL in general though.
Aside from this I use http://www.graalians.com/forums/index.php. Probably no one here has heard of Graal, but it's an app I used to play that sucked up too much of my life. Even though I don't play the game anymore I still post on the forums. I actually started using TBT because Graalians.com hasn't been as active lately.

4chan aint all bad. the aneimal board is super amazing. everyone is welcoming of newcomers and is super helpful with your animal and sometimes non animal needs.
on that note, i browse 4chan, serebi, and black ice guild forums
I used to be really active on the Nuzlocke Forums (seriously, that's the name of it), but I haven't checked into it in a while; I might start posting there again, especially since I'm considering my options to make Youtube videos of some of my 'lockes ("options" as in what I can do to avoid paying the $300 I don't have to get a capture card installed on my 3ds).
Also used to check in with the Deviant Art forums...I sometimes still glance over, but I don't usually post.

I use to get on reddit but I got a strike from cross auctions. I should've read the rules. Anyways I personally love this forum way better.

I thought reddit was way too strict. I also didn't like how you had to format everything perfectly or else it was taken down. Overall I still like it but I don't get on much since people won't trade with me on there.
There were a lot of semi-offensive jokes. (Definitely not everybody. Many people were kind and socially great people) But enough to make me not want to visit often.
Plus, I found tumblr and kind of steered course.

I use Animal crossing community if I'm desperate but this is my main... I used Reddit for a while, Adopt my villager, but there rules and mods were absolutely terrible, obnoxious, and their rules were way to constricting that I refuse to use them anymore
