For my secondary town, and my main town for when I have school, I have the Beautiful Ordinance. When I'm off of school, preferably for a long time, I switch to Wealthy for my main town.
I first did the wealth ordinance, but all my flowers kept dying whenever I'd TT out villagers. Now I have beautiful town, and my town feels so much more alive! I also don't feel as much pressure to play daily.
I used to use Early Bird, but I took up TTing and then I had an idea for a dream town...that requires a lot of flowers, so I have switched to Beautiful Ordinance now. Also, I remember some time there was a poll on this, and I think the ratio for Beautiful to Night Owl was 8:1 and I also think that Night Owl got second.
I TT a lot because I'm trying to get Jacques to move but i have Wealthy so , i got to water all my wilt-ed flowers back . like again , i need more gold roses . but once I'm done with all that , I'm going back to Beautiful x))
I started off with Night Owl because I wasn't playing until late in the night.
Then, I did the Beautiful Town for a couple weeks.
And finally I selected Early Bird. I joined a turnip group and needed to check my turnip prices twice a day. So because of my daily schedule, I set my 3DS time to 12 hours ahead and then set my ordinance to Early Bird so I can check my prices at 6pm and midnight (not in-game time of course). This system has worked really well for me
The post which belongs to jazzy_jamie, who I'm quoting above, is one of the most efficient ways to play. Use Bell Boom during the first days so you can get even larger amounts of bells during your beetle huntings on the island. Once you have enough to start playing in the stalk market, change to beautiful to save time.
first one I chose was the night owl ordinance because I didn't have time to play during the day due to school, but it's been the beautiful ordinance for a while because more benefits.
I've never understand ordinances when i first got really interested in the game but I'm understanding because it helps the hours villagers , etc . I've chose Beautiful because it looked simple than the other and when i searched up ordinances , i was happy i chose it but now I'm making my dream town so i need wealthy , night , or morning to make black roses wilt and make them turn into gold c:
but I'm coming back for beautiful because its absolutely my fave .
I have the night owl one atm because I love being up at night and seeing my villagers still up. I time travel which may seem like it defeats the point of the ordinance but it's just nice seeing the town at night still bustling with villagers :3
I will need to switch to beautiful once my town is complete, but atm I just breed small plots of flowers. I then lock up the hybrids in my closet or else I'll run through them whilst I'm sorting out landscaping and stuff.
