T&T Emporium, since I've been playing on my town for just slightly over a year.

I have T&T Emporium because I've had the game for over two years. Plus, I TTed to get most of the shops in my first few weeks of playing.

I did that in my new town. It's less than a month old and I have all of the store upgrades except for the Emporium. That's only because Gracie hasn't come for her Fashion Checks yet.

I have the T&T Emporium I actually got it pretty quickly, like about perhaps two months after I got the game? What I did was that whenever Gracie visited my town for the first time, I talked to her and I got the Fashion Check. Then, I time traveled back to the same day when Gracie visited me (turning back the clock too on the hours, since my town was getting dark) and got another brand new Fashion Check. Then I just kept doing that until I finally got four Fashion Checks, and then I got the Emporium!

I love TIY. But there is more selection at the Emporium.
