what material are you always running out of?

Normal and Hardwood for me. Rarely have more than 60 in storage at a time now. Hardwood is almost entirely though crafting shovels, I've got an unhealthy number of flowers I have been continually experimenting with decorating with.
Softwood, iron and clay I get so much of that I have started purging them weekly by crafting hot items and selling for profit to keep my stocks below 150. Last week I made about 700,000 bells when the iron frame and pot were the hot items.

Regular wood and stones. I've had to end up buying them from people. Seems like every time I run out of a material it becomes rare to find. Don't know if it's my luck or if the game is built that way.

Normal wood and clay, but I feel like recently I’ve been getting more normal wood than usual. Clay is still hard for me to find though

wood. One time I had an amiibo camper and I went to craft something and realized I have many stacks of every wood except plain wood. I had to go chop some trees.

I'm running out of weeds atm lol, the reason is because I gift my villagers hanging terrarium daily (only 5 of them, oh wait no 4 as I just got Pashmina's photo today lol), it's so that I could get their framed pictures asap so that I could let them go once they want to, I also see myself running out of stones and plain wood once I start crafting to place things on my island lol

I never have normal wood or clay. Softwood though, I always have so much of it. I wish I could just convert it all into regular wood, but unfortunately that’s not how that works.

same here..although chopping does help clear out trees for terraforming...its easier to cut down trees when i have an actual purpose rather than just getting wood, yknow?
