What little, underated things do you love about acnl?

I love how when you cast your fishing rod into water, the music gets quieter so you can only hear the water sounds. It's as if your character is focusing so much that it blocks out all other sounds, it's just such a cute little detail.

I really like how sometimes you'll find a rainbow or two after it rains. It always brightens my day.

I like that you can make anyone do the Shrunk Funk Shuffle with you Every time Phineas gives me a badge, I make him dance with me. Then I push him over to the nearest villager, and make them both dance with me.

My record for dancing with villagers is 4 (5 if you wanna count Phineas) xD I got Lolly, Kabuki, Francine, Jeremiah, and Phineas to dance with me lol

Believe it or not, but I like the fact villagers get sick, and you get to take care of them for a little bit.

I love it when villagers get tools out, or switch them. It's such a little detail, but it makes the game feel more alive.

The fact that I can hear the waterfall from inside my house or different floors in your home make different sounds when you step on them. The roach ghosts are super adorable too. I really like how the frogs don't use umbrellas. I think it'd be cool if the alligators, the hippos, and the octopi didn't either but that's okay. ^^

I really like twirling my umbrella in the rain for whatever reason. Watching the water flick off is nice.

The little things. Some of these apply to prior games, but the crunching of the snow in winter, leaving footprint steps in the sand, shivering when you come out of the water, leaving footprints on the dirt, and shoeprints which also go on the sand. They put a lot of little touches into this game that makes it outstanding!

You know I never got why frogs don't (they used to), but an octopus like Marina will? She's an octopus, don't they like rain???

For me, it would probably be the fact that the villagers give a little wave, or bow as you leave their houses. It brightens my day to see when I leave Lolly's house, she bows slightly. I think it is the cutest little detail.

Wow, I never noticed that! It's awesome But yeah, other aquatic creatures shouldn't have an umbrella either if that's the case XD

I also love visiting villagers and having them come over! It really feels like we're becoming friends.

There's also so many thing I wish were in the game but aren't.
