It's all windows down here ;D

Yeah don't get a Dell. I once had one a few years ago. It caught on fire. :/
O-o

And really, this is one of those things the majority can't decide, you have to take into thought personal preference, ect.

They have certain +s and -s
If you get anything, I seriously suggest an Apple brand computer. :)
Nonono

Don't "suggest"

Research for what suits you, watch demos, try them out, ect.

What the hell?

How can a Mac possibly be better than a PC

You can't do anything

Your swearing away fun

AND LOOK AT HOW HARD THEY TRY ON THEIR COMMERCIALS >:c
WTF do you mean "you can't do anything"

You've obviously NEVER touched a Mac. I suggest you go to the Apple store and mess around with a Mac computer/laptoip and then tell me you can't do anything.
Never mess with Numner..

@Pokemon:

Ah kk.

Choose one that fits with what you want it to do. Just because the majority suggest Microsoft, don't get it. Choose it for you :D And Courtnee, pl0x stop posting about how epic you find macs.

Well...I don't know where to start looking for a laptop that suits me. I need people to suggest good brands and then I could watch a few videos or read a few reviews.

Can we please get back onto the topic of laptop brands please?
Protip: Don't ask for advice on TBT, either that or don't expect or take advice.

I can see why. <_< Some people won't get off the topic of Operating Systems.

Well you can't play most games on a Mac, but some games are becoming compatible with it, and is it true you can't upgrade a Mac, other than that I guess a Mac would be better, I however tried a Mac, and just couldn't figure out anything, I grew up with Windows, so i'll keep using it.

Of course you can upgrade a Mac >_<

I grew up with Windows also, but it only took me a few weeks to switch over to the Mac & now I will never look back, I got so sick of Windows.

Don't apple only make Macs?
Yeah. They only make Mac. And Mac is only made from Apple. No one else can sell it. That's why they're more expensive than other computers.

Windows if your into gaming
Mac if you're into... Mac-ish stuff?
Windows for gaming.
Mac for everything else.
Yup and that's why I also have a Windows computer. I only use it for games, though. Not internet or anything else but games. No pictures, videos, or anything personal is on it. I mainly play the Sims 3 on it. :D

WTF?! You can too update a Mac! The only thing you can't change is the graphics card and sound card, but you wouldn't need to change them, anyway, since they're already amazing. And Mac can run Windows, too, so you can play any game you want on it.

I think Dells are BAD mine has had many charging problems and I have had to get a whole new hard drive for it. I've only had it for a year...
I highly suggest you don't get a Dell.

But not to the potential of an actual Windows machine, especially if it's built for gaming. Don't get me wrong I'm a mac fanatic, but anybody that says any differently just doesn't know what they're talking about.

Sure, you can make a super-powered Windows machine, but you're still stuck with the horrible, bug-ridden operating system.

Yes, but even that bug-ridden operating system plays games better than a Mac. Just don't have anything else running.

I have a PC with nothing but games on it, and that's all I ever use it for XD
