What kinds of Pokemon would you like to see for a future game?

Since we have Lucario who is based off Anubis from Egyptian mythology, I’d love to see a Bastet and Horus. Horus maybe could be flying and fire type since I think the sky and sun were two things it was a god of (if the information I looked at is accurate).

I think a Pokemon with a design based off of the plague doctor would be cool too. Maybe they could have a unique healing skill along with dark special attacks.

For a water pokemon, I’d love a derpy ocean sunfish.

I’ll post more ideas in another post later if I think of any.

Its been 9 generations and still no proper opossum or raccoon Pokemon have been made. It's a shame, they're some of my favorite animals beside crows and ravens.

I'd love more Pokemon based on different mythological creatures. I'm surprise they haven't hit up Egyption ones since Lucario actually. Especially with how popular Lucario ended up being. Specifically though, I'd love to see one(s) based off mesoamerican myths!

Ooh! I’d love that too! Both your suggestions I’d really like. I’m surprised there is no proper raccoon.

I’ve read some of Eduardo Galeano’s books which covered some of the mesoamerican mythology, I believe and I found them fascinating (maybe one day I’ll look into some books that go more into more detail). I really love the different cultural themes with some of the current pokemon and I’d really love to see more since I think they’ve done an amazing job with the designs for those ones especially.

I also was thinking maybe an ouroboros and/or cerberus would be in interesting pokemon to see too.
