I make cute lolita/kawaii inspired resin pieces as well as collect stickers!
Ive also dabbled in book making, making minature rooms, and sewing!
I want to know what stuff do you do!
Those are really neat! I like painting, sewing, and embroidery. I love doing pottery and printmaking as well though I've never attempted to do either from home. I really wanna start getting into knitting.
My main one is drawing and painting, and it's what I would like to do as a career
But I also love gardening (does that count?) and sewing. I picked sewing up to be able to sew my scout badges into my uniform, it's what most scouts do, but most stick to that simplest stitch. But man I just love it so much?? I learned other stitches and started to sew patches and buttons and beads into all my clothes, as well as embroidering them. I also like to make really simple necklaces and bracelets out of nylon and beads.
I’ve dabbled in sewing and jewelry making in the past, but I’m much more constant in my origami making and knitting! Two of my big goals this year as far as crafting are to finally finish a “big” knitting item (probably a blanket) and to learn how to crochet. I’m really interested in learning how to make granny square afghans, I think they’re so cool.
I knit, do counted cross-stitch, and write. I'm not stitching, at the moment, but I have 2 projects going for knitting (well, more than that, but these are the priorities) - a full-sized throw for my father and a stuffed animal of Hobbes (from the comics) for my brother.
I really want to learn to do loom weaving and found this:
It's a 10" wide loom, so it could do hand towels or a scarf, but it isn't horribly expensive and would be a good way to decide if I wanted something larger and more expensive (I've sort of been drooling over pictures of the Kromski Harp Forte).
I sew; one year I made bell bags for the TBT Fair and another year I made leaf pillows and fossil pillows (more like plushies, they were small). I also needle felt! I’ve made a lot of Pokémon but haven’t made any animal crossing characters.... I need to try making a few! Oh and I forgot cross stitching! I haven’t cross stitched in a few months due to my baby, but I hope to pick it up again soon!
i used to be really into cosplay growing up and i finally cosplayed windwaker zelda for the first time in 2018! i'd really love to do more cosplays, but my crafting abilities have gotten very rusty over the years orz

I didn't get that little loom. I decided to put that money toward the Harp, instead. She's 24", so I'll be able to do more and grow with it. I'm hoping to get it by the weekend.

Lady Timpani, I've wanted to learn for years. For my first project, I'll do the obligatory scarf, just like when I learned to knit.
Funny story - I was talking to my mother last night, after sending her a pic of the Harp. She goes to Ireland every year, and has tracked down the family that stayed. According to her, on her last trip she asked about what our ancestors did for a living. It's farm country, so she kind of assumed that. Nope, the family income, passed down through generations, was weaving. She says it's in my blood.
I think it's more likely to come from having grown up on Laura In galls Wilder, L.M. Montgomery, Louisa May Alcott, Jane Austin, and Marion Zimmer Bradley.
I love all sorts of cute DIY crafts. I used to do alot of clay fake food 6-7 years ago and then I also did needle felting and stamp carving. Now I am back to making these and just trying out new craft techniques. I have a cute DIY Youtube channel if you want to check it out here.
i’ve been a knitter for several years now. currently working on a cowl that’s been on the needles for way too long....
lately i’ve been trying sewing given this whole quarantine situation and the shortage of masks everywhere. so far i’ve made a couple dozen cotton masks for me and my family/friends. it’s been great fun! i’m definitely going to try and make some bigger garments once fabric stores open back up.
I paint, draw, write, sew, try to play the ukulele, hope to embroider soon, play minecraft ( I could it I have no idea why don't @ me), just a heck of a lot of things... none of which I feel I'm any good at, but-- xD
I write, draw (both traditional and digital art), sew without a machine, crochet (even tho I'm not the best at it XD), build on Minecraft or Super Mario Maker whenever I feel like it, do photography, and idk if the following counts too but I punch holes in music sheets for my 30-note music box. So far, I only did three of the template sheets, but I'm definitely planning to do songs from topics like Yume Nikki and The Legend Of Zelda anytime soon as well.
Oh, and until about 2½ years ago, I also made ornaments and such out of soapstone, and the many varying results, colours and shapes make the whole thing fun, too.
