Wasn't really sure where to ask, sorry if this is the wrong place, but I was just scrolling through Pinterest and came across this cute gif of Raymond dancing with a flower on his head. That's fine and all.. until I noticed what the character was wearing. The wig and the dress that appears to also have wings? So begs the question.. what are these items and where are they found? Unless it's some sort of clever edit..
