What items are people always looking for?

What items are always popping up in retail that people are looking for? I've not been around here for a little while so I'm not sure.

I was wanting to start a new town dedicated to getting the items people really want and I was wondering which are the main ones I should go after first..

Hybrids, Golden tools, rare sets, and things like that.

I'm not sure what items people are looking for most since that varies from person to person but I know people are always looking for clovers.

Anything to do with landscaping (flowers, bush starts, cedar saplings, clovers, mushrooms) is always popular. Unorderable DLC is very popular, but it's hard to get that for other people unless you cheat. From my experience, a lot of buying threads are for fairy-tale or candy-land types of houses, so items related to those are popular.

All the rare items, downloadable content items, unorderables, hybrids, handheld items, street pass items, golden and silver tools and bushes! Probably more too xD

when it comes to other things: hybrids, DLC, unorderable items, street pass items, golden/silver tools, gracie grace items, island items, bush starts.

Rare food items like the after-noon tea set. Also the hairbow wig will always be popular.

I've noticed the kitchen island is pretty popular, along with the sloppy series

A lot of people are looknig for furniture sets that you can't normally buy that only pop up in the loast and found, re-tail, events or some villagers houses.

and yeah, bushes and landscaping are the most sought after, lord knows I spend tons of TBT on that stuff
